The Boston Opera Collaborative and the Boston New Music Initiative presents: Voice on the Wire by Carrie Magin. This ten-minute opera was performed at Opera Bites: a concert of short operas at the Longy School of Music of Bard College, in Cambridge, MA on November 10, 11 & 12, 2017, with Tian Hui Ng conducting. With and libretto by Kendall A., this opera portrays the emotional journey of Mabel Bell, the deaf wife of Alexander Graham Bell.
